1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of Dineligent POS, including the apps, the owner dashboard at app.dineligent.com and this website, provided by JPM AI labs, A 55, Sector 7, CDA, Cuttack 753014, Odisha, India (“Dineligent”, “we”, “us”).

2. Your account

  • You must give accurate business details, including GSTIN and FSSAI numbers where you enter them
  • You are responsible for your staff accounts, PINs and devices, and for revoking devices that are lost or no longer used
  • You must keep your sign-in details secure

3. Plans, prices and billing

  • Plans are priced per outlet per year, plus GST, as shown on the pricing page [CONFIRM PRICE]

4. Your data

  • You own the business data you enter, such as menus, bills, customers and stock

5. Tax and compliance

Dineligent calculates GST and provides GST reports and exports. You remain responsible for your tax settings, your GST returns and your legal compliance. Dineligent does not file returns and does not give tax advice.
