QSR POS Software Built for the Lunch Rush
Bill and pay in one step, give every order a token, show Preparing and Ready on a board, and let guests order from a kiosk. Fast when the queue is long, and it never stops for the internet.

Every second counts at a QSR counter
A QSR lives on throughput. A slow screen, a confused token call or a missed KOT turns a short queue into a long one. Dineligent keeps every step short: no screen waits on the network, an item adds in under 100 ms, and the bill prints in under 2 seconds.
Takeaway in one tap, bill and pay in one step
- Start a takeaway with one tap, or F2 on desktop
- Each order gets a daily token number, printed big on the bill and KOT
- Packaging charge added automatically, with its own GST rate
- The KOT goes to the kitchen the moment the order is billed
- Inclusive pricing, if your menu prices already include GST

A token board that calls numbers for you
Put a TV over the pickup counter. It shows two columns, Preparing and Ready to collect, with large token numbers. A token moves to Ready when all its kitchen tickets are done, and disappears once handed over. No shouting numbers, and guests know when to come up.
A self-order kiosk that sends orders straight to the kitchen
- Guests browse categories and tap items, with sizes and add-ons in the same options sheet as the POS
- They can add their name and mobile number to link the order to their loyalty profile
- The order goes to the kitchen as a takeaway with a big token number
- Guests pay at the counter or scan an exact-amount UPI QR
- The screen resets for the next guest, and an abandoned cart clears itself
Weighed items and combos with choices are ordered at the counter.
Kitchen stations that keep up
Each station, such as Pizza oven, Wok or Beverages, gets only its own items, on paper or on a kitchen display. Tickets older than 15 minutes turn red, and the Kitchen report shows your average prep time by station and item. KOT and kitchen display
Combos and offers without mistakes
Combos let the guest choose one item per slot, such as any burger plus any drink, with optional extra charges. Happy hours and buy-1-get-1 rules apply themselves on schedule. The Pizza and Chinese menu templates come with crust, toppings and spice-level choices already set.
Several counters, no internet needed
Run more than one billing counter, a kiosk and kitchen screens over your own Wi-Fi. Orders, KOTs and kitchen status are shared live, and each counter bills from its own invoice series, so numbers never clash. Offline POS
Direct online orders without commission
Share your own ordering link on Instagram, WhatsApp or Google. Pickup and delivery orders land in the POS inbox, and you keep the full margin. Zomato and Swiggy integration is coming soon. Pricing
Control at speed
Every discount and cancel has a reason and a name, cash is counted at every shift, and the owner sees leakage alerts on the dashboard. Leakage control
QSR POS questions
Does Dineligent give token numbers for takeaway orders?
Yes. Every takeaway and delivery order gets a daily token number, printed on the bill and KOT and shown on the order-status board. Tokens restart each business day.
Can I set up a self-order kiosk?
Yes. Any tablet can be a self-order kiosk. Orders go straight to the kitchen and guests pay at the counter or by UPI QR. It’s included in Pro.
Can my menu prices include GST?
Yes. Choose inclusive pricing per outlet and the taxable value is worked out from the menu price.
How do I show which orders are ready?
Use a TV as an order-status board with Preparing and Ready to collect columns. It updates live as the kitchen marks tickets ready.
Can I run several billing counters?
Yes. Counters share orders over your own Wi-Fi without internet, and each has its own invoice series.
Does it work with Zomato and Swiggy?
Zomato and Swiggy integration is coming soon. Until then, take commission-free orders through your own ordering link.
