Several brands, one kitchen, no mix-ups
A cloud kitchen might sell biryani, rolls and desserts under three different names from the same kitchen. Each brand needs its own menu and its own invoices, but the kitchen team works from one set of stations. Dineligent is built for this from the ground up.
Set up a brand in minutes
| Brand field | Example |
|---|---|
| Brand name | Biryani Bros |
| Invoice letter | K, so bills read C1K-2627-000001 |
| GSTIN (optional) | A separate GSTIN if the brand is a separate business |
| Bill header and footer (optional) | The brand’s own text |
Menu items belong to a brand, or to the outlet’s general menu.
Every order belongs to one brand
- On the POS, choose “Which brand is this order for?” before adding items
- The menu shows only that brand’s items
- The bill prints that brand’s name, GSTIN and texts at your kitchen’s address
- The brand is locked once items are added, so a bill never mixes brands
- Each brand has its own gapless invoice series per device
One kitchen, one set of stations
Every brand’s KOTs go to the same stations, such as Kitchen, Tandoor or Wok, on paper or on a kitchen display. Tickets older than 15 minutes turn red, and the Kitchen report shows prep times by station and item, so you can find the dish that slows down every brand. KOT and kitchen display
Delivery-first billing
- Delivery prices that differ from dine-in or takeaway for the same dish
- Packaging and delivery charges, each with its own GST rate
- Customer name, phone and address captured on every delivery order
- Daily token numbers for pickup and rider handover
Orders from your own link, and aggregators soon
Share your own ordering link and QR for pickup and delivery. Orders land in the POS inbox and you pay no commission on them. Zomato and Swiggy integration, with aggregator orders in the same inbox at channel prices, is coming soon as an add-on. See pricing
Sales by brand, food cost by dish
The Sales report shows sales by brand, and dashboard lists can be filtered by brand. Recipes deduct shared raw materials from every sale, and the Food cost report shows which dishes in each brand earn their place. Reports · Inventory
Keeps cooking when the internet drops
Orders, KOTs, the kitchen display and billing all keep working offline, and the kitchen display gets tickets over your local Wi-Fi. Offline POS
